Prenatal massage helps reduce and prevent the most common discomforts experienced during pregnancy. It prepares the body for the physical effort and strain associated with childbirth and supports a quicker recovery after delivery.
Regular massage helps relieve excessive muscle tension and overload, thereby reducing pain and discomfort. For this reason, it is recommended to begin regular massage sessions from the 13th week of pregnancy, helping expectant mothers maintain good physical condition while providing deep relaxation and a sense of well-being.
Prenatal massage is performed in a seated, semi-reclining, or lying position by a therapist qualified to work with pregnant women. Treatments are carried out using only 100% natural oil, which also helps prevent stretch marks.
The treatment is available for women between the 3rd and 9th month of pregnancy (from the 13th to the 37th week). The pregnancy must be progressing normally, and there must be no medical contraindications for massage.
Chinese cupping massage is a technique that uses vacuum suction to lift the skin and the tissues beneath it.
The treatment begins with applying a special oil to the body. The therapist then places a cup on a selected area of the body and presses it gently. This creates a vacuum, allowing the cup to adhere to the skin.
This method improves blood circulation, speeds up metabolism, and helps remove excess toxins from the body. As a result, it can accelerate the process of fat burning and visibly reduce cellulite. Because therapeutic massage also has healing properties, it is particularly recommended for people dealing with muscle contractures, paresis, or paralysis.
This massage uses two types of stones – basalt and white marble. They are characterized by a smooth surface, which allows them to glide easily over the skin. Before the treatment, the stones are heated in a special device filled with warm water. They are then dried and coated with massage oil.
Next, the stones are placed on different areas of the body. The largest stones are positioned on the back, medium-sized ones on the thighs and calves, and the smallest on the hands and feet. During the treatment, the stones gradually cool down, so they are regularly replaced with warm ones.
One of the massage techniques used is stroking, which involves slowly moving the stones along the body. This is followed by friction, performed through gentle circular movements. Finally, the therapist kneads the folds of skin created between the stones.

In Hawaiian, “lomi” means to knead, press, or rub, but many people describe it more vividly as “the touch of a happy cat’s soft paws.” The word “nui” means “unique” or “great”, perfectly reflecting the exceptional nature of this massage.
The massage deeply relaxes the muscles, improves circulation, and gently mobilizes the joints. You will feel a flow of positive energy while your nervous system is relieved from daily strain. Your digestive system will also benefit, as Lomi Lomi massage can positively influence its function.
