At the restaurant Bluszczowa 36 we serve a diverse cuisine that combines regional flavors and local products with Polish and international dishes. The Head Chef's original approach allows him to create dishes that surprise while maintaining respect for the classics and natural ingredients.

The proximity of rivers, lakes, the sea and forests influences the abundance of products we use – fish, meats, grains and the gifts of the forest and the land. In the menu we draw on traditional recipes, taking care to ensure seasonality, variety and suitability for different tastes. One of the elements that sets our restaurant apart is our in-house smokehouse, where the Head Chef personally smokes fish and cold cuts, giving them an exceptional taste and aroma.
